  1. Various controller problems.

So I got the audio adapter and plugged it into my controller, updated the controller, etc. then I started to notice some problems.

    1. The controller will not turn on the console when I hold down the home button. I had to start using voice and the power button on the system itself. Today the Kinect didn't work and my controller wouldn't connect, so I had to do a hard reset. After the
hard reset the controller started to work again, but probably not for long because I have hard reset the system before and after a while, things would revert back to the same weird stuff again. Also when I turn off the console (by holding the home button on
the controller) the controller itself does not turn off. To turn off the controller I have to hold the home button again.

    2. I have a Turtle Beach PX22 headset (wired). This is the setup: USB for powering the headset is in the back of the console, that cord runs to the inline amp, talkback cable is attached to the amp on one end, other end goes to an jack size converter (came
with the audio adapter), that goes to the audio adapter which is in turn attached to the controller. Now for some reason using this controller setup drains my rechargeable AA batteries (brand new) so I tried to plug in the controller with a micro usb cable,
which worked for the power problem but created another. Now I can't use my headset due to a screeching/buzzing/hissing/nails on a chalkboard/Dear Lord kill me now sound. I have to use the headset as I play late a night and I enjoy the quality sound.

    Please help me.

    :)

    Various problems with accounts

Thanks for the help HaloJolly, that's a good answer and I'll do that but that leaves the email problem unsolved. How do I change the email on an account?

    Hi.

You would have to pay for a gamertag change for both accounts.

First the one you wanna delete so the name is free.

Then you can change the one you wanna use to the one you deleted.

    Hope this helps.
