    Plants v Zombies DLC

    Hello I can't download the DLC , PvZ garden warfare variety pack on my xbox 360.

    when I start the game asks me to download the update and when is almost finished showing me a message saying it could not be downloaded

    Are you having an issue downloading?

    There's currently a service alert out for buying/downloading PvZ, which could very possibly be the root cause of your issue. There's more info here:

    I realize there's an alert. The thing that irritates me is the fact the game is completely crippled due to this...I paid for a game to play...not wait and play.

    Right, but it's an online-only game and the online service is down. It's unfortunate but at this point there is not much that can be done until the issue is resolved.
