Vanishing gold bars

Help!

Tuesday I had 700,000+ gold bars in Jigsaw. Wednesday I only had 19,555 gold bars. It took several years to amass that many bars, and am pretty frustrated that the game took them away.

In going through the discussion groups, it appears that unfortunately this is occurs fairly often. Also that uninstalling the game and re-installing only exacerbates the problem, and all of your past awards are lost.

How do I get the gold bars back?

I have a minus in front of my gold bars to help buy more puzzles. Its been this way a long time, how do I get it back to a positive?

I've another forum issue that has appeared. The navigation links at the top of the forum vanish on occasion.

That's the forum navigation links and everything on the green bar.

Have you carried on playing matches since the xp bar vanished? Once the xp bar goes, you need to play a few matches before it makes the transition. I had to look it up for a friend who had the same issue.

Xbox one....when i tap it..it takes me to xbox live gold but since recently it has vanished

To add to the other answers:

Be aware that there is only room for 500 Gold bars.

So if you have 490 Gold bars in your game already, and buy 25 Gold bars, you will have to spend some gold bars until you have 475 Gold bars left, so there is room for your 25 Gold bars again.

I've tried it but I can't see the Gold Live in my account.
Could it be possible that because I bought the Gold Live via internet and not via Microsoft that it expire previously?
