Vanilla WoW on console, WoW 2 on PC.

Blizzard expected people to play the same game for 10+ years with updates and expansions. Release vanilla wow on console without all the add ons that take away from the game and give people advantages over others including macros. FF online played well
but wasnt a great mmorpg, and i played that on ps4 with terrible psn connection, with xbox one x and an elite controller WoW on console could would be a fantastic game as long as they kept the add ons macros and mods out of the game. This is my first post
so i dont know if i can moderate responses but if possible all negative feedback will be deleted from this thread.

I'm glad. My PC will not run this. Now I get to play it. Not to mention I hope WoW2 will be console released. Or even a vanilla WoW for consoles.

Wow..it's incredible calling this title a "remastered" version if it looks 10x worse on console than on pc.

wow pc forums is enemy territory 4 me, i was hoping microsoft was going to announce working with blizzard on console wow at e3 with the other teams they will be working with but that wasnt the case

 

I have thought of this before, how would WoW fare on coasters, and as cool as it seems I have abut feel that the translation wouldn't go too well. Having played since 2004 I can tell you that even on PC some of the changes have been cumbersome or frustrating
at best, I can't imagine how condensed they would have to make everything on console for it to work out well. Great idea but I just don't think it would translate properly.

 

That would be so cool, I like how Xbox is always saving games, The Division and The elder scrolls online were dying games, but when MS included them in game pass, lot of people started playing them.

 

i think i know what you mean, i too was frustrated when dk was released very op in pvp, as well as the removal of restro tree beeing a normal trasformation instead they made it a skill point weith a cd. the xbox elite controller would allow alot more skills
to be used, and with the perfect button layout people will become addicted to the game and have a hard time putting it down. a balanced vanilla wow with alpha beta testers like myself would produce perfection and a remastered masterpiece. and when i say vanilla
i mainly mean first version of wow before expansions just with more balanced classes user friendly quest helper and no add ons other than built in dps meter ect.

 

I think they will eventually move there. Especially now that Diablo is moving to switch. As you know, the big blue never does anything fast so knowing them it's probably been in the works for a decade lol.

 

Bet you anything when WoW does hit consoles it'll be some ultimate collection...hey hopefully with 4k support!
