Vanilla Prepaid Card not working

I recently just bought a Vanilla Prepaid Card, I activated it, and registered it. I connected it to my paypal account and I tried to purchase a game. It kept telling me "We can’t process your payment.", even when I tried to a payment with the card itself.

What do I do?

prepaid mastercard i need help!

i just bought a prepaid master card from 7-11 and its a vanilla prepaid mastercard how can i set it up for xbox live? (the deal on the dash board)

Problems:

1)Online it says enter a valid card number

2)xbox console will not accept it (error message)

PLS HELP!!

Typically prepaid cards won't work with the service, you need to call the card issuer to open the card up for transactions on Xbox Live. Alternatively, you could use the card to purchase am Xbox Live currency card and then use that to purchase games or other
content.

@op the issue is with the type of cadd you have first and foremost using prepaid creditcards is like playing ruasian roulette with online services

Not all prepaid creditcards support online billing or reoccuring purchases its a 50/50 chance if they work

Hence why you should use real cards to avois huge transaction fees that the vanila cards charges

You would have to add billing info on the vendors site

And have them add reoccuring purchases then pray it works if at all with any online services

.they are more for retail store purchases

Best bet use NEt prepaid creditcards less fees and you don't have the activation charge

And they work.better with online services

You can try vanilla cards but as mentioned you only have a 50/50 chance and since the fees aren't refundable it ain't worth it

There are a lot of prepaid creditcards/debit cards with rewards that don't have activation fees but you will have to look them up based on your region

I have 3 but only use one mostly because of the change of terms lately (rewards)

For a prepaid creditcard to work with most online services you MUST enter billing info and turn on recurrering purchases and online transactions and hope the card works if not well you will just have tp gamble with another card

FB has some nice online prepaid debit cards that work great if you watch the ads or google

As kinggryphon mentioned it can take longer from personal experience it can take upto 60 days

And non reloadable cards can take refunds it just takes longer

With refunds they all return to the original payment method

You are better off with net cards they are prepaid but don't have the horrible fees with vanilla cards
