Vangaurd Ultimate edition

I preordered Vanguard and now when I try to launch it it tells me I need to buy the game, I checked my history and it says status: failed but it took my money and I was able to play the beta

I am having the same issue. Bought it this morning got the email for the charge but it won't download. Keep getting the message check back later. Been like that since 6am today.

Check if your purchase status appears in your purchase history as ''completed'', you can check your purchase history via this link.

Then clean your console's MAC and try to download the game from the Microsoft Store or your library.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

this is a vangaurd issue not microsoft issue. the controllers work perfectly in other games it is just in crappy vangaurd that this happens.

I promoted my Soldier, Vangaurd, engineer, and Infiltrator.
