    Hello,

    I've been playing the game on xbox game pass for more than 10 hours, and today I decided I wanted to switch the game folder to my SSD and since I couldn't find an option in the xbox app to let me switch the
    folder to a different drive, I thought I can just delete the game and reinstall it on my SSD without much hassle - I'm sure there is a cloud save feature much like steam, I thought. To my dismay, game pass does not have that feature and I have just lost all
    of my progress.

    Can anyone help me with this? Any suggestions? I was so engrossed in the game and losing all of my progress this way is really disheartening.

    I've check the appdata folder where the game is supposed to be saved but I couldn't find a back up.

    I have tried that, yes - didn't work.

    I have also tried file history which wasn't activated, an undelete tool which couldn't find the file as well.

    Hi there,

    have you tried installing the game on the original location, to see if that results in anything?

    Also be sure to leave feedback like this via the Feedback option within the app. It can be found by Clicking your Profile icon and then the Feedback option.

    I have the exact same problem. But I didn't even manually change the install location. The game just wouldn't launch anymore and the only way to fix it war to completely download the game again. Have now lost *all* my data from a 16 hour playthrough. Not
    surprised to find another Windows 10 support thread that has been abandoned.

    PC game store is broken

    The issue was:

    Despite me having that setting ON, windows chose not to automatically set the hour right (had to go 1 hour backwards due to legal hour).

    When i set the hour manually, vampyr launched properly, but my 20 hours playtrough got lost.

    Lost 20 hours of game progress + the rest of the game, since in no way i can read thousand of dialogues and gather materials again.

    I want 1 month of game pass as a refund
