Hi, ertuğrul! Has it been over 24 hours since you've made the order? Normally for consumable items or in-game purchases, they would have a timeframe of 24 hours for them to reflect automatically within the game. Its should show up immediately but sometimes it would show up within a few hours from purchase. You can try logging out, restart your device, then logging back in to refresh your account. If in case 24 hours has passed, and the items still do not show up, I highly recommend reaching out directly to the game publisher of the game so that they can try to manually reflect the missing contents directly to your game. I checked, dlc and gamepass are purchased from the same account.

I'm on Windows 10. I just attempted to download Vampire Survivors thru Game Pass and was successful. Halo still has the same error.

Kindly make sure that the DLC purchase was successful by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

If the purchase was confirmed successful, you will need to perform a series of troubleshooting steps in order to fix the issue. Kindly make sure that your Windows, Device Drivers, the game Vampire Survivors and Xbox app/Gaming services are up to date, here's how:

For Windows:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.

For Device Drivers:

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Vampire Survivors:

Open the Xbox app for Windows.

In My Library, select the game title.

Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.

Select Files and then Check for updates.

Xbox app/Gaming services:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

Once you're done, try to check if the DLC will show up in-game.
