    I am a loyal Microsoft fan and MCP and i work as Microsoft Silver Partner. I have an Xbox One since 2014 and have since problems to get rewards from the reward program.

    Example:

    I bought my first game "The Crew Gold Edition" on December 8, 2014.

    The Reward for my first purchase but I got only on 08/07/16. More recent inquiries have not helped.

    Currently I have Star Trek Online: 23000 Zen bought on January 3, 2017. This is not synonymous to me.

    Please check my account for errors.

    Hello MrZombieTheIV,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

  3. No Rewards since 2014.

    I haven't received rewards in quite a while now. I have 3 items pending from January, March, and June of 2014. So what has happened since then? I've bought and renewed my membership atleast twice since. But I haven't received anything.

    The first time purchase offer is for purchases made using your Microsoft Account as the payment type. Since your recent purchase was the first time you have paid in this way since registering, it was the purchase that awarded for that offer. Either way,
    the December 8 purchase you reference occurred before your enrollment in the program and therefore would not be eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made while being a member.

    However, we can confirm your multiple consumable purchases. While these would not have been eligible for MyVIP, they should have qualified for our FREEdom Rewards offer. We have alerted our platform team to your case, and are now investigating why you were
    not automatically Rewarded for this offer. When we receive more information from our investigation, we'll update your thread here. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I spent more than the requirement and got the reward points for levels 1 and 2 no problem, just the achievement part showing only 4 achievements despite having 6 achievements completed in April from the games I purchased, which would complete the mission
    and reward the bonus points.

    Been a loyal member for years never got rewords

    As of September 2014 we are no longer rewarded for earning gamerscore and as of July 2014 we are no longer rewarded for renewing or maintaining Xbox Live Gold. The program has changed a lot since those days. A member of the staff will have to review your
    purchases, however it is important you update yourself on the changes the program has gone through by visiting the reward page and the FAQ. You have to reach a minimum spending threshold to start receiving MyVip rewards (which does not include pre-orders,
    subscriptions, or in-game currency) and this resets yearly AND/OR you have to complete specific missions located on the MyMissions page on the reward website. The missions change monthly and quarterly.

    The staff will review your account and reply to you here if there are any other issues or missed items. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply, they reply to threads oldest to newest.
