    Valkyria chronicles 4 losing progress and running in circles


    I'm at a dead end, when I continue the game it seem to delete more progress for me to redo. I'm trying to get 100% completion on Valkyria Chronicles 4, but after completing certain tasks like getting this tank part or getting this weapon it deletes progression by; removing a tank part or weapon forcing me to get it again, taking away decorations(medals) even after I have got the achievement for get one in particular, or (the worst of it) removing an entire squad story I just did that day for completion sake. I don't know if it's a corrupt game file or saves not working properly but apparently NOONE has had this problem before so I'm just tired.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Click the menu button on the game icon, on saved data delete the "reserved space" clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes, and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path
    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>
    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    If the problem still persists, please reinstall the game.
