Valkyria Chronicles 4 Achievements not popping anymore

The title says it all. Ones not popping so far: Ultimate Tank Squad, Squad E, All Present

I have done the following to get them to pop:

Made sure I have completed the requirements.

Waited 72+ hours

Power cycled box (holding button down 10 seconds)

Power cycled box (unplugging the brick for several minutes)

Removed profile, rebooted, added profile.

Checked true achievements (it's not popping there either)

Compared my VC4 achievements to a Friends via the Xbox UI, hoping this would magically do something.

Hopped up and down on one foot. Was fun, but didn't solve issue.

The only potentially weird thing I saw was that when my XBox tries to sync data for VC4, it jumps from 0 to 1% a few times, and then finishes without ever showing (via the UI) it reaching 100%.

A few other notes:

The achievements worked fine until this weekend, and now none of them are popping.

Apparently, Steam and PS4 versions have had similar issues, but I can't find anywhere at Sega (pub) or Media.Vision (dev) to get help or register a complaint.

Aha, excellent. I did not try clearing the network card cache or local saved games. I will give this list a try and report back. Thx!

Ok, here is an update:

Clearing the network card cache and local saved games popped a few of the ones I was missing, which is awesome!

The only one left is Ultimate Tank Squad, Squad E, which I have double and triple checked several times that I have fulfilled it, and it still hasn't popped. I wonder if this one is just bugged. I have tried finding
someone at Sega or the dev to discuss this with, but they don't seem to have a community forum for this sort of thing, at least that I can find.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting
rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
