    I'm playing the DL version of Valhalla on Xbox One X. It's full of glitches:

    1. the autosaves don't always work and the manual saves disappear

    2. the missions won't progress or allow completion

    3. the game freezes and crashes routinely

    4. the NPC's aren't rendering properly

    5. sound issues

    6. et al.

    I know I'm not alone in these problems. I asked Microsoft for a refund, but support denied it, even though the game is defective. I'm not getting any response from Ubisoft on possible fixes.

    Does the game play fine on other machines? Is it any better with the physical copy? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's not any better. It's not even fun to play

    This was a big disappointment to me. I only buy one or two games a year and I've never tried to get a refund before, but it's really unplayable. I've been using Xbox since the first 360, and feel really let down when I reached out to support and got a form
    response with no recourse.

    Hey Marcelo,

    Thanks for replying but these are just straight up support links I have already been through and exhausted, hence I'm here.

    The game did show for refund but is now unactionable and flagged as denied.

    I'm days away from next gen purchase (another reason valhalla appealed to me), but this is getting silly.

    Yes yes, xbox fine print says digital purchase = final BUT...

    The simple fact is I've purchased a product from you and it does not work as intended/you have not provided me with what was expected.

    I'm within the UK consumer law cooling period and I expect Microsoft to treat us users with a bit of respect, not just give me a 'no', then leave me with no recourse to discuss further.

    It's actually disgusting the way this is unfolding.
