Valhalla Druid DLC will not start

I have 2 Xbox Series X and 2 accounts, linked by 1 live account. I game share within my house. We have both been playing Valhalla with no issues, however, once we installed the Druid DLC, I can play on one account fine, the other account shows that the game is loaded and the DLC is downloaded but we can never get the Druid DLC to kick off in the game. The guy on the boat never shows up. We have installed and uninstalled, and reset the cache in the Xbox. On the Xbox that is working for the main account, we tried the account that is not working properly, it did not show up on that Xbox either. Please help.

All other games and DLCs work just fine? If so, I would suggest you to remove and add both accounts from the consoles and then add them again, making sure the respective Xbox consoles are set as the correct accounts home Xbox.

If the issue persists, I would recommend you to contact Ubisoft since not all DLCs and game content/packs are shareable. Maybe this is one of the cases that the dlc/content/pack cannot be shared.

Hi! I have the same problem with the new AC Valhalla DLC, even though I own the season pass I should pay for the The Wrath of the Druids DLC. Please fix it! In the description of the season pass it's in it. Oh, and the problem solving issues which I read so far didn't help.

Is this an issue with only just this game? In this case, it would be best to report to the game support in that way they can check it for you as well as deploy a permanent fix, Akur8.

Hi Francia, thanks for the assistance, I reset my console twice, still the same problem, except i have now lost the skull mask. So even worse than before.

Do I need to start the entire game again? How to escape this trial. I've read a lot about this glitch. Seems I'm not alone.

Is this only happening with this game?

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
