V for Victory Acheivements not registering

I've completed the requisite acheievements for this Game Pass Quest, but almost at the end of the month, they are still not registering and I am unable to claim the 500 points available.

Vinny, it looks like this issue is global. See the Xbox Loyalty Marketing Leader's Twitter post on 5/8/23.

He recommends opening a ticket with the Microsoft Rewards support team in cases of achievements completed between 3~5 days and still not unlocked. He then updated the post with the following information:

"Our support team is working on all open tickets about this matter. There was a large volume of tickets, unfortunately, the waiting times for dealings are a little longer"

As the Xbox team and Microsoft Rewards team is already aware, I believe they should address this issue soon.

wont let me copy my image as you can see 6 achievements in FORZA Horizon 5 within the time frame and not one picked up

Yeah it took me a couple tries too, really frustrating. The first few responses felt like the auto reply slough off. Which is odd when the final response was basically no problem it's a known issue here's your points...

I was using Jade tonight. Kicked a lot of @@@ with her but her combos are hard with the controller, might start playing MK with the fight stick.

I checked my stats and I had 101 ranked matches won and 200 matches played. No acheivement for either though.

Oh and I got my flawless victory tonight.
