    We add money to our sons account via gift cards, our credit card is not set in !! He has to ask to buy anything which is great . HOWEVER if he has a lot of vbucks he can just spend, Can we stop this and he has to ask us even to spend the V BUCKS he has
    on his account

    Or is this an epic game question ?

    as spending VBucks takes place within the game it would be down to the developers to put parental controls in place to limit spending.

    the only solution for now would be to only purchase VBucks for him when you have given him permission to buy something in game

    Hello as stated vbuck are in game. One you approve the purchase through parental lock they get the points. Once the points are on account can be spent as needed. That was a good suggestion above to just buy whats needed at the time.
