V bucks request from child not working

I had a v bucks request (for Fortnite) from my son. I pressed allow, added the necessary funds. The funds are now in his account but he can not use them.

I tried using the allow button again but it wants me to add more funds even though there is more than was requested already sitting there.

Useless system and it starts with a statement about how they are trying to make it more seamless!

Any ideas please?

Sorry for the issue with the V-bucks. As that is in game currency there is a ticket you can submit if you have not received the V-bucks. Microsoft/Xbox has no way of giving them out, due to they are from Epic games. You can request a call back and see what
a support agent can do for you. Any refunds will have to be done through the website

request a refund form.

That is a real person. If you deny talking to the chat bot you will be able to speak with a real live person. The chat bot is there for quick trouble shooting, Or you can call 18004myxbox.

That's what I did in the end - eventually text-spoke with a human. They sorted it out in about 15 minutes.

This is the 2nd time that v bucks has had to be sorted out this way - it really should be simpler !!

Anyway all sorted now - thanks for trying to help.
