    V bucks refund


    Hi

    My daughter purchased some vbucks without my permission. Microsoft have refunded these amounts, however when we go into the fortnite account there is a negative balance. Epic games has stated that there may have not been enough cosmetic items to cover the
    refund which resulted in the negative balance. I am now in the situation whereby I have to clear a balance without any knowledge of items that were purchased. I have been requesting a list of items purchased in fortnite and the cost in vbucks so that I can
    offset the amounts. Epic keep referring me to Microsoft. When I called Microsoft they also said that couldn't help.

    Does anyone know how I can obtain a list of items purchased in fortnite? And if I cannot obtain it myself, is it Epic or Microsoft that will hold this information.

    Up until last night, I had the Leviathan axe in Fortnite on xbox (One-handed pick axe) but then today, it's gone! How can I get this back?

    Did you recently request a refund for any of your v-bucks purchases? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to validate.

    Because if we have requests refund for v-bucks the items that was used with that v-bucks will be removed.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that once we requested a refund for a V-bucks and refunded, the V-bucks or the items that were purchased using the V-bucks will be removed as well. That's what causes the issue.

    Hello again, as I understand it, if you bought the V-bucks on the Microsoft account but the account is not linked to any Epic account, if so, you can try to request a refund of the V-Bucks.
