    V-Bucks Payments keep coming from my account, why and how to stop??


    Hi I would like some help to fix this problem. I allowed my son to purchase some V-Bucks for Fortnight, he purchased the 24.99 pack and the 9.99 pack. But since then the payments have continued to come out of my account, over and over, with seemingly no
    way to stop them. It's not a subscription so I can't cancel and I've removed my card from his account and they're still coming out. Anyone any ideas?

    Yesterday I bought two sets of 1000 V- bucks for my children. The payments
    the payments were debited correctly

    but the game does not update the V-Bucks. How do I solve this problem

    Hello

    Your son just needs to buy V- bucks from the store in fortnite. You will get a prompt for payment method then you just select from there. Keep in mind there's taxes and surcharge fee's.

    Once he's purchased V-bucks he can buy whatever he can afford.

    If you redeem an Xbox gift card on your Microsoft account, you will receive a balance that you can use to pay for the V-Bucks you want to purchase.

    Once you have redeemed the gift card, you should go to the Microsoft Store to buy the V-Bucks. When you are about to make the payment, you will be asked how you want to pay, and you should choose the balance from your Microsoft account.

    For example, if you want to buy 1000 V-Bucks, you should go to the following website:

    Choose your Microsoft account balance as the payment method.
