    V Bucks gift card for XBOX One


    Last thread was shut down and I was told to start new question.

    My son has a new XBOX One console. We bought a V Bucks gift card ($25) for him from Target and tried to upload for him. We created his Epic account and linked his account, but when we go to redeem the card, we are told the code does not exist.

    Another way we've tried gets us passed the code input but the drop down for console does not include XBOX. There is no customer service number to call to even see if the card has money on it. (To check if valid). Target won't take the card back without
    first calling to walk us through redeeming, but there is no number to call.

    Round and round we go, meanwhile my son would like a new skin! Lol, whatever that is.

    Any advice or help is apprrciated!

    Hi Conor! This is possible. You can redeem an Xbox Gift Card, and then use that gift card's value to purchase V-Bucks in-game.

    I've tried it and if you have money on the gift card and it is redeemed on your account you can by V-bucks on Fortnite and get the V-bucks right away.
