    Log into account.microsoft.com to be sure that the information on your account including your payment information is up to date.

    Quando vou comprar v-bucks atraves do xbox one, com cartão de credito do banco do brasil, apresenta o seguinte erro:
    Entre em contato com o suporte de microsof. Sempre consegui comprar, porem, faz duas semanas que começou a apaecer este erro.

    Double Charged - Bought Fortnite V-bucks

    This is the link I used to open a support ticket, which Microsoft continues to close without resolution. So I keep re-opening the ticket in hopes that someone will read the history and understand the problem.

    Along with taking the V-Bucks from my Fortnite game, Microsoft has also removed two skins I purchased with V-Bucks and my game said there was a "transaction error".

    The "transaction error" is because Microsoft keeps taking V-Bucks I buy (and other in-game merchandise) and issuing it to me as my refund.

    Hey,

    Fortnite uses it's own virtual currency named V-Bucks.

    You should be able to purchase V-Bucks with your Xbox currency and with those V-Bucks purchase in-game items on Fortnite.
