    Hi,

    My credit card was charged 5 times between June 28th and June 29th for 1000 V-Bucks each. My kids claimed that they never purchased or received them. Please explain this.

    I would give 1-800-4-MY-XBOX a call ASAP. They can get this taken care of easily.

    Up until last night, I had the Leviathan axe in Fortnite on xbox (One-handed pick axe) but then today, it's gone! How can I get this back?

    Did you recently request a refund for any of your v-bucks purchases? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to validate.

    Because if we have requests refund for v-bucks the items that was used with that v-bucks will be removed.

    I have had my fortnite Crew pack come out of my account but you haven't given me my 1000 v bucks

    No he still has no v bucks. Money came out yesterday the 21st as usual. He got the skin for this month. Next bill due 21 may as stated on the fortnite screen. Please just give him the 1000 v bucks to solve the issue.
