    Bonjour, cela fait depuis décembre que j'attends mes V-Bucks, une dame au service la clientèle m'avait dit d'attendre 2 semaines...nous sommes au mois de février et toujours rien.

    Translation:[Hello, since December I am waiting for my V-bucks, a lady at customer service had told me to wait 2 weeks... we are in February and still nothing. ]

    Hello Microsoft/Xbox Agent,

    I've purchased the offer "3 monthts XBox Live Gold with 1000 V-Bucks" on 20th of Decemeber 2018.

    Pyment was done successfully.

    I haven't yet received 1000 V-Bucks.

    I could'nt find any xbox support email or real person but Virutal Agent!

    Untill now has been almost 2 months that I'm anable to use what I bought.

    Please treat this case ASAP.

    Hello Blerton,

    If you have not received them by now, then you most likely didn't qualify for the 1000 V-bucks. As the promotion is long past there is no way to pull it up now.

    Hello Evelyne,

    You will need to get with epic games support. They are the ones that issue the V-bucks, not Microsoft. https://www.epicgames.com/site/customer-service

    When you go to link fill out a ticket. They will then look into it and if you didn't receive them, they may issue them. They are the only ones that can issue the V-bucks.
