Recentemente tive uma desavença com um usuário do qual eu jogava e me comunicava ao longo dos messes, mas pelo menos eu, não o ofendi nem nada do tipo e mantive minhas palavras e atitude nos parâmetros normais. Acontece que após essa discussão eu bloqueie
ele é agora recebo mensagensino de outros perfis ( não sei se são amigos dele ou outras contas ) me assediando.

Tenho dúvidas de como prosseguir, pois não encontrei nada relacionado ao campo nas denúncias e como envolve outras contas o problema se complica.

Apenas para deixar claro, tenho provas que mostram o assédio.

Hi David,

You should report any users that are harassing you via messages, the Enforcement team will take care of the rest. You can report users and messages.

I would recommend blocking these users to avoid receiving any more messages.

You can only do, and you should is to report and block and then let the enforcement team work in that.

thank you for your reply! I just don't understand why for the level of such a egregious comment when I had reported did not get said user ban from online play and creating new accounts to futher harass me but I will continue to submit a report through
xbox on the said user account to make sure I am not further harassed in the future unless I am told the user in question is gone from the platform or is unable to acess online play to harass me in game and is unable to create new accounts to harass me with
through messages and other means. but thanks again for the help!

Please do not "name and shame" other player on the forum. If you have filed a complaint and blocked communications he shouldn't be able to keep contacting you. The XBLPET take time to work through the thousands of complaints they have each day. Try appearing
offline for awhile when you play and see if you are still being kicked. I'm not sure how he would have been able to get your IP address. But you may have to contact your ISP to have it changed.
