Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Are you only experiencing this issue with games that you claimed through Games with Gold or does this happen with any other games you own? If so, do you still have an active Xbox Live Gold
subscription? You would need to have an active subscription to use the game as stated by our Ambassador.

Games with Gold for Xbox FAQ has some troubleshooting available to help out as well. If your subscription to Xbox Live Gold
is active, I recommend that you further troubleshoot the installation using our support article entitled Troubleshoot game or app installation problems
on Xbox One.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

please try the following steps:

1. Cancel/Remove any existing not completed installations
2. Run network test on console to verify everything is running without issues
3. Manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

4. Try and install something else
5. If something else installed without issues, try installing one of the games again

If the issues remain then please mention what error (code) you are receiving.
