Using xbox360

Hi yes I had it connected and it plays dance central ok but not the zumba. I'm wondering if it's the controller that's faulty as i have to use that with the zumba, I did put new batteries in it. The screen is showing zumba fitness play menu and there are
several screens to choose from by moving along the bar at the bottom, when I select tutorials I see the circle as though i have selected it but nothing happens.

Thanks for reply, I do have my profile on there and I select it. I can now get into the zumba program but can't get it to play the tutorial, I try to select it but nothing happens.

As far as my knowledge goes you just need to sign into your Microsoft account or your Gamertag no need for xbox live. Hope this will help

To play games, even on Xbox 360, it has been required that you're signed into an Xbox Live profile (aka Microsoft Account). It's possible that previously it was configured to automatically sign in, and you didn't realize. It's possible that the account
that had auto-signed in removed the device from their account or changed security settings, and would require reauthorization to sign in.

Now, that is speculation on what might have happened as to why you're seeing a sign in screen unexpectedly. But the point would be that previously when using the 360, there was an account/profile being used.

This page here has details on how to add a profile to your Xbox 360. That would be for if there isn't
one present. Do you see if there is a profile already on there?
