    Hi everyone,

    I don't own an Xbox one, but I want to buy the Xbox one controller. My question is, whether I can use the Controller that comes with the Xbox one and use it on my PC or I should buy the controller sold specially for Windows? I am talking about the
    wired controller and not the wireless one.

    Like Maxen13, I would be interested to know what game/s you were having problems with using you Xbox One controller on your PC?

    All the Xbox 360 controller compatible PC games should work fine with the One controller.

    Hello

    Both versions of the controller should work just fine, I personally use my controller that came with my Xbox and it works. However I do believe the Windows version comes with a USB cable (Xbox One version doesn't include a cable) but you may want to check
    the package contents to be sure.

    The Xbox One controller uses a different signal than that of the Xbox360 controller, you can however connect a Micro-USB cable from your controller to your PC after installing the drivers for the Xbox One controller.

    (Windowsphones and Android phones usually use a microUSB which you can also use for your controller)

    Just remember to take out your batteries before connecting it via USB

    sorry but you cannot use a 360 controller on xbox one.

    There are ways to stream your xbox one to your pc and then have your controller connected to the pc instead of the xbox one.
