Using XBOX in a different country than the country of purchase

Hi

I have bought XBOX one in USA and am taking it to India. Would I face any challenge using it in India ? Do I need to make any configuration change to be able to use it in India ?

the only issue you may have is the strength of the internet, but if you mean hardware issues, just because you are going to a different country, you should not see any issues.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you've gifted a prepaid code to a friend in a different region. Correct, when you gift someone a game they should be in the same region as you or it may not function as intended
due to region differences. You can fill out an
Xbox Refund Request Form and they will give you any information or options available to you. Hope this helps.
