Using to Twitch to stream(broadcast)

I have been trying to stream using twitch for awhile now and it continues to not allow me to stream. I have made sure I am online and changed all my privacy settings to the right ones to stream and it still gives me an error. The code is 0x00000000. It says
" Something went wrong" on the top and along with the error code it says " We're so sorry, something unexpected happened". I don't know if it's my problem, twitch's, or Xbox's but would somebody please help.

Sorry to hear about the Twitch app issues. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following troubleshooting steps a try:

• Check to see if there is a service alert on our Xbox Live Status page.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console powers off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try to stream on the Twitch app.
• If you are still experiencing the issue, try to Uninstall and reinstall the Twitch app.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still experiencing issues with the Twitch app.

 

Mister Quimby, I just tried all that just now, twice!! didn´t work, this *** useless xbox doesn´t work....

I know it's a different part of the application, but are either of you able to watch streams at all? Are you having issues with any other aspects of Xbox Live on your console, as well? And, lastly, have you checked out

Twitch's Troubleshooting page for Xbox One? They have a few hints and tricks to get broadcasting well.

If you could, please head over to speedtest.net and check your speeds for us, too.

Yes I am able to watch streams fine and have had no problems with anything to do with xbox live but when I try to broadcast it still comes up with the error code 0x00000000 my speed test results were my download was 6.79 my ping was 59 and my upload was
0.57 thanks

 

Hey there, Help! Thanks so much for your response. Just to clarify, you were able to do everything on Twitch's troubleshooting page that I linked above you, correct?

It also seems that your upload speed is a little slow. You can check out our
Slow Performance Networking Tool to see if you can optimize it to make it a little better. If that doesn't seem to help you, I suggest contacting your internet provider to see about those speeds.

And if neither of those help you, I suggest contacting Twitch themselves to see if they have any solutions for this issue.

 

I have got this broadcast error a couple of times and i can tell you it is a twitch problem not your xbox one. I tryed to broadcast a day later and twich was working fine.
