    Using the Xbox app on your phone or PC to type on the Xbox One


    So I'm trying to use the Xbox app on my phone and PC to connect to my Xbox One and use the keyboard on my phone/PC to type in mixer or any chat for that matter. I swear I used to be able to do it on the One. But it seems now I can't find any option to type
    with my phone or from my PC.

    You can stream games from the Xbox One to PC using the Xbox app on your PC. It can be a wired Ethernet connection or a wireless connection. Xbox app connects your PC with your Xbox One.

    In the Xbox Accessories app (on the PC), does your headset show up?

    What type of headset are you trying to use? Is it a chat headset for Xbox, a phone headset...?

    Not quite the same issue but I have a sporadic issue with the app on iOS not letting me type to my system from my phone for messages or error reports. Tapping on my phone just registers as button inputs instead of bringing up a virtual keyboard.
    Really annoying and unfixed bug. Maybe the same for the PC app and regular keyboards?
    Which app is this? Does it allow you to type everything on your Xbox using your phone? o_O I'm keen to try this
