    I've recently started to have a problem were my home button doesn't allow me to pull up the side menu, go to the Xbox home,and hold down the button to join parties read messages ex. If anyone knows how to fix the problem please help. email me at

    Hi, first try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it for a minute. Plug it back in and try again. See if it works properly.

    First off I just want to mention that you should never publish your personal email on the forums as it could make for some uncomfortable situations.

    As for your Xbox button not working properly, have you made sure your controller had the latest update?

    I kept searching till I found where someone replied to this problem. I tried this and it worked.

    Try power cycling the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Restart the console to see if it fixed the problem after.
