    Using Solitaire on Laptop. Are the Star points carried over from W 8.1 to W10?


    Having problems understanding if it is possible to keep your stats from Microsoft Solitaire collection from 8.1 to 10.

    I am talking about points of club of the stars, not interested in the rest.

    On W10 it looks like I am a brand new player, despite being logged with the same account on both laptops.

    Can someone tell me if it is possible to carry over the below stats? I logged a ticket with Microsoft but we are not progressing much since the technician was not able to locate the data files that hosts the points in the local folder for this game.

    The official guide makes it look like it is automatic, while it is not.

    yes and it is complete rubbish and does not address my case. What I expect from a forum of experts is that someone tells me what are the files to copy along from the
    \Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_3.16.6200.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe folder.

    I have also a case logged with Microsoft and it is dealt with 100% unprofessionalism. The irony is that I purchase other games but I will never pay for this game since the support is rubbish also for paying customers.

    Game will not open in Windows 8.1

    Same procedure on my Laptop after installing Win 8.1.

    Much more Apps don't work anymore with Win 8.1 (i.e. Mahjong, Minesweeper, solitaire collection a.s.o.)

    HELP IS STRONGLY NEEDED!

    I cant get into my games to play a game. all I get is sign in error and error code 1170000

    Further comment: I was able to access the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my computer running Windows 8.1. After that I was able to also access the Collection via the computer running Windows 10 since they are wirelessly interconnected. So now I can
    access & play. However my solitaire "game history" for all of September (as well as most August "badges") have not carried over, Badges for July and before ARE available!
