    Using Prepaid Balance for Simply Rewarding


    I'm planning on applying some $25 gift cards to my account then buying Mass Effect Andromeda. I currently have around $27 in purchases already made to progress this reward. If I use my digital balance instead of another method like credit card or PayPal,
    will the purchase still be used towards Simply Rewarding?

    Sidenote: Will pre-ordering Andromeda apply for both Simply Rewarding and the pre-ordering mission that rewards 15,000 credits?

    I bought both a 20 dollar season and a 60 dollar halo 2 game on xbox. I do not see my rewards credit anywhere and am fairly certain it is past the 96 hour time frame. Any ideas?

    Simply rewarding

    If you opted into the offer, it takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. 96 hours from Monday evening would be Friday evening.

    Staff will review and reply if there is any unforeseen issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Payment method doesn't matter. All that matters is that you meet the purchase amount requirement and the purchase is made from the Xbox store.

    Yes. They are allowing you to double-dip with this offer. So that purchase should count was a punch on the games on demand punchcard and for the 6,000 credits.

    Prepaid codes cannot be used or activated if your Microsoft account is suspended or has a balance due. You must resolve all unpaid balances and account suspensions before you can use the prepaid code. To do so, see the following pages:
