    Hi can anyone help me, my step brothers were trying to use my xbox account while i was away and they tried to use my passkey but failed several times. Now when i login it asks me to use my password and authorise however after i enter my password it just
    comes up with a blank screen with the error code 0x801901f4 and i cant seem to find this code anywhere. Please can someone help

    Hi in thats case you should contact xbox support so they could rest it your password or fix your account because maybe it locked after alot of failed attemps

    Yeh i have and when i log in it just comes up with a blank screen but no error code
