Using Original Xbox One on new games

I am a user of the original Xbox one, and I was watching a little bit of e3 today and I saw the Forza Motorsport 7 trailer. At the ending of the trailer, there was a picture of an Xbox One X, and an Xbox One S, I was wondering if those are the only consoles
that you can use, which means I couldn't use my Xbox One. Is there's any way that the Xbox One can stream 4K games, and will I be able to play the new games expected to come out for the Xbox One S, and the Xbox One X on the Xbox One? I am talking about the
games that we're announced at E3 today, that will come out when the Xbox One X comes out.

is 4k possible on 4k laptop when i have an original xbox?

So I have an original xbox one, and I'm getting a new 4k resolution laptop. I wanted to see if using the xbox app on my laptop will get me 4k gaming when I have an original xbox one.

Help me please.

 

Network transfer issue: can't detect any console in the network

I go to settings ---> network transfer (my menu is in italian, I don't know if I am translating it in the right way) but I can't find my original XBOX One.

And on the original XBOX One I can't find my new XBOX One X.

Anyone expecting the same problem?

Transferring games using external HDD is soooo annoying

From my understanding of the E3 show, the original Xbox One that came out in 2013 is still compatible with the E3 lineup. Even "Day One" owners should have nothing to worry about if they don't want to purchase the newer models.

I believe the photo of the One X and the One S being shown side-by-side just implies Microsoft is no longer going to officially sell the original Xbox One anymore.

The little thing in the corner at the end of each trailer that said "Xbox One X Enhanced" just means the game will be able to utilize the enhanced graphics offered by the Xbox One X
if you happen to run the game on that console. If you're running it on an Xbox One or Xbox One S, it will simply display the game at the regular graphics level. Last I remember, there's nothing that's totally exclusive to the Xbox
One X.

The original Xbox One is not able to output 4K resolution. It can only do up to 1080p.

 

From what I remember, I saw another forum, where they said that the original Xbox One can run up to 4K, it just needs an official update...am I right?

 

When the original One was released there was a lot of speculation that it could run 4k if there was an update and that Microsoft would release one, but they never have. They just released the S instead. So the original One is not capable of running 4k.
