any titles that are backward compat on the 360 or xbox one are offline only as again the servers for that gen don't exist.

there is a company that is recreating the original live slowly but that is a long time project.

The original xbox servers are no longer online, so if you are trying to play online with the original xbox, you won't be able to.

BOY, I can not say for sure but I think you can try typing in like you would ordinarily with your new x box live account then make a duplicate one by copying it.That is how I got my live account from an old Xbox I sold to someone else. I will try to look
in on this more to help you out . Also always keep everything as secure as possible like change your password quite often. If you have a computer log on to your x box live account while your playing your games and have goggle drive on, read your emails quite
often and only go through Microsofts secure accounts , make sure you put on a tracking device on your computer. I will try to give you more info if I can. Don"t ever give in to losing your account to someone else , keep your points bro, Never use any device
besides microsoft for anything on your xbox NEVER!!!!!

As far as I know the current Live does not work on the original Xbox.

if you have a eithernet cord plug it in on your Original Xbox and you can make a new account. No you cannot use your 360 games, or account on the xbox because it wasnt updated to do that but you can make an account on xbox and move it to the 360
