Using multiple gift cards

Hey, I'm wondering if there's a limit to how many gift cards microsoft will allow one person to use on a single purchase?

I have redeemed my gift card on my consule but when I try to buy something using my pc I do not get the option to use my gift card. All I get is that I have to use paypal.

And if I have to go through microsoft to access my billing acount I have no idea where to find the billing account on microsoft website.

Do I just have to use my xbox consule?

USING GIFT CARD

I purchased a $25 gift card and added it to my account however I'm trying to purchase Mass Effect 2 add-ons and it requires to be purchased with a credit card. How do I use my $25 account balance to purchase these add-ons?

 

hiya well this depends on when you say gift cards what u r using ie if to perchase a game or gold u can stack some gold up but ull see this on xbox.com also with perchases of games I don't think it matters as much but again on xbox.com under gift card rules

Spending and balance limits

• You can redeem gift cards to your Microsoft account, up to a total of
  USD1,000* on any given day. If you have additional Microsoft accounts registered in your name or that we have determined you created, you can redeem
  gift card to any or all of your Microsoft accounts up to a total of USD5,000* on any given day (but not more than USD1,000* per Microsoft account). For information about how we define
  “gift cards”, see Microsoft gift card terms and conditions.
• At any given time, the maximum amount of money
  you can store in your Microsoft account is USD1,000*, with a limit of USD5,000* stored in any or all of your other Microsoft accounts (but not more than USD1000* per Microsoft account).
• In most countries you can spend up to USD1,000* a day, with a limit of USD5,000 from any or all of your other Microsoft accounts (but not more than USD1,000* per Microsoft account). Local laws may have further restrictions.
• Other local laws may have further restrictions.

As far as I am aware ther is no limit as the gift cars will just top up your Microsoft account wallet with currency you can then use that wallet to make your purchase
