    Hi, I want to gift a couple of months to a friend which never tried Xbox Game Pass. If I redeem a 5€ coupon from Microsoft Rewards, will I be able to purchase the service? If so, should I redeem the Xbox coupon or the Windows Store one? Any help is appreciated,

    Sorry you can't use credit balance for recurring subscriptions. You need a credit car (even a rechargable one) of a paypal account for Game pass.

    Both the Windows cards and the Xbox cards deposit the funds into your Microsoft account so it doesn't matter.
