    Using Microsoft Rewards Gift Cards to pay for and buy Final Fantasy XV on Xbox One for $20?


    I'm trying to purchase Final Fantasy XV using my Microsoft Rewards points to redeem gift cards to pay the 20 dollar cost of the game for me. How do I tell if my redeemed gift card money will be used to discount the game? Xbox Support doesn't seem to help
    me much. I don't want to accidently purchase the game using the credit card and get charged 20 dollars on my credit card. Also where do I find how much balance I currently have?

    Pre order Final Fantasy XV and did not give me the Rewards credits!!

    Buy Final Fantasy XV on October 3rd and do not receive rewards credits

    When you make the purchase it tells you what payment type you're using. You'll want to make sure you have your Microsoft account balance selected as your payment method.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.

    I got my copy of Far Cry 5 disc version at Gamestop, its installed and updated but says I don't own

    cannot rate any physical disc content from my xbox one, also having an problem with Final Fantasy XV Day one Edition showing up as Final Fantasy XV Windows edition from its game hub, under manage game I can still get to the xbox one
    version but rating and reviewing is missing from the xbox one version of final Fantasy XV which maybe related to Far Cry 5 game saying that I don't own it and reading you are unable to rate this content message from Microsoft store, anyway here are a few more
    images of my game case and discs inside of it. also here is a link to my Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition showing up on my xbox one, if you want to see my tablet photos of that problem too. I don't no if these two problems are the cause or related to rating
