Using headsets to talk between 2 people on 1 console

The mics can be used, If you have 2 headsets 2 profiles and 2 xboxs they can talk to each other. Make sure you have the cable plugged in between the controller and the little mix amp.

you can both use headsets IF you sign in to 2 different profiles, not with 1 profile and 1 guest. problem is when you both use headsets and you're running around in multiplayer you hear footsteps, guns, and whatever else from their screen as well as yours.

you both will be able to talk in multiplayer, but you won't be able to hear each other through the headset, only other people.

at least that's how our set up rolls... 2 Tritton AX 720's plugged in to 1 amp.

I can now hear people talk in my headsets but can't use the chat...Guess we'll all be waiting for Ms and the manufacturers to make adapters...Really, really sad they didn't have them made already..But Turtle Beach went ahead and made 2 new headsets for the
xbox 1...Thanks Turtle Beach, we really appreciate you not helping the people that already has your products.......

I use my headset to communicate with people all of the time just like ChainSmokingBob., but with 2 key differences:

1) if somebody's trash-talking or being a douchebag in some way, I don't bother responding - I mute them & move on. Talking smack back to someone who's being rude & disruptive doesn't fix the problem but only makes it twice as bad since there are now 2 people
doing it.

2) If I have a full team of friends, I'll sometimes use party chat with them to facilitate privacy.

There has been talk that a headset will be included in the console I forget the link where this was stated though. Also MS is planning on making an adapter for people who have headsets like turtle beaches so you can use it with the xbox one.
