    Using Gift Card Funds


    I bought a Roblox gift card and redeemed it on the Microsoft website. It is now on my order history, but the Robux (Roblox money) have not been transferred into my Roblox account. I contacted support and they told me to wait 24 hours to see if that resolved the issue. I waited 24 hours, but the Robux have not been added to my account. BTW this is not for Xbox, I am on an Apple MacBook, but I didn't know where else to post this question.

    You can't use funds from a gift card to purchase a gift card.

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.

    you have to buy the robux through the game itself on pc or mac. any robux purchased with a microsoft account go through xbox console only. gift cards for robux for microsoft are for the console only too.
