Using Gamertag on two consoles at same time. (Xbox 360 and Xbox One)

I recently got an Xbox One and gave my Xbox 360 to a family member within the same household. Since I still have the same gamertag on both and potientally both could be used at the same time.... gamertag active at two places at once. would their be any
issue? other than multiplayer online games is the only place i can think of (which me and them dont, offline gaming). I just thinking if i'm on the Xbox One playing a game and the 360 is being used for Netflix streaming app. would any errors be encountered?

Will the same two tier license work on Xbox One as it did on Xbox 360 though? e.g. you get a license for the console and a license for the Gamertag.

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?


WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

An account can be logged into 1 Xbox 360 and 1 Xbox One each at a time.

If you're gaming on one and watching Netflix on the other, you won't have an issue.

You should not have any problems doing this, You should be fine on the Xbox 360 if you are only streaming and then on the Xbox One console if you actually go through the console settings and

Set Xbox Console Offline you will be fine playing your games offline on the console. Just make sure that you have the console set as the

Home Console under the account you are playing your games, do this before you put the console offline.
