Hi, I live in the UK and have just sold my Xbox to a buyer in Austria. The codes for the Horizon Bundle (Horizon and Motorsport) that are digital downloads do not work. Are codes region specific? Can Microsoft send me new codes that will work in
Austria?

Yes they are region specific. Also if the console is pre owned and you have used the codes, they are not valid to use again. The games are owned by you and attached to your account.

There is not any "issues" with US inhabitants and regional pricing of AoEIV afaik. If you feel concerned by the regional pricing of AoEIV in the US, feel free to share your thoughts.

If not, I don't understand what US sales taxes have to do with games copies sold abroad. If any US tax applies on games digitally distributed abroad, feel free to share your information about that, I'll be interested.

Once a code has been redeemed, it is used and cannot be redeemed again. These codes should not be sold as they have no value.

Is there specific error code you're receiving when you try to download? Error codes will be 8 digits and look similar to 0x00000000. Just a heads up, Breach has been delisted from the Xbox Marketplace and the servers are no longer active, as opposed to Blacklight
which is still a supported title and sold on the Xbox Marketplace.
