    Using different accounts and playing at the same time


    I have an Xbox One at my house which has my account with my email address and my son's account with his email address saved to it. My son also has an Xbox one at his mum's house with his account saved to it. When he's playing his Xbox at his mum's house on his account, I can't play on my account on my Xbox. I've tried the home Xbox setting but that hasn't helped. Does anybody know if and how we can both play at the same time?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but it's not possible, we can only be signed in to one device at a time. It will automatically sign you out.

    You may need to create a profile for them.

    Yes, and no. While you cannot be logged into two of the same Live enabled devices at the same time , you can be signed into cross platform LIVE enabled devices simultaneously.

    When I say "Live enabled devices", I mean Xbox One; Xbox 360; Windows Phone, Windows 8; Games for Windows - Live (note that GFWL cannot be singed in at the same time as Xbox 360, logging into one will sign you out of the other).

    You might also wish to note that this thread is nearly a year old, so you probably should have simply started your own thread.
