Using custom gamer pics/themes allowed?

I've already read the Code of Conduct thing and I was just gonna use a video game picture, so it it allowed? It's just a Minecraft or GTA V pic

Personalized Backgrounds and Gamer Pics

Do you have your interface background set to a certain theme, or do you just use the default choice? What about for your gamer pic?

I use the free Pizza Hut theme that was available for download awhile back. What can I say, I like pizza. I haven't been too happy with the generic gamer pics, though.

Which leads me to my previous point/post.

The lack of custom gamerpic's and themes, premium gamer pics and themes is an oversight

 

You can only make a custom gamerpic by using an Xbox Vision Cam and the pic can only be seen by friends. Using custom pics by any other method than that would not be allowed.

 

I need more answers from this, the Microsoft support team weren't sure too. They said about the forum Enforcement Team

 

The enforcement team only responds to the suspensions/bannings forums and only to let people know why they have been suspended/banned. There's no way to contact them directly otherwise.

 

The only custom gamerpics that you would be able to create would be through the use of a vision cam. If you are talking about pics that you need to use outside means or software to get to your profile then no you cannot use them. Using any kind of 3rd
party software to manipulate anything xbox can lead to a permanent ban.
