    Hi,

    I am trying to spend some credit that I bought. I can see the credit on my account but when ever I try purchase a game via the xboxlive website it keeps telling me to add a credit card. I am not willing to add my credit card details.

    Please advise how I can spend my credit without adding a credit card onto my account?

    Redeemed reward never received

    I redeemed 2 10000 credit rewards and 2 5000 credit rewards using my gems a few days ago and never got an email with the code. Please help

    Hi, I redeemed a friend using the new FREEDOM Rewards and got a 25 digit code that I redeemed, I then closed the window. What I didn't realize is that when I redeemed the code, I needed to follow a link to actually get the 500 DC Credits. I cannot find
    a way to get back to that page with the link. Can you help me get my 500 CR?

    Thats the problem I am not willing to add my credit card and thats why I bought credit from a store. The credit shows up on my account but I cannot use it.

    yes you can but only when you do it on the console the website does not recognize the currency that you redeemed with codes purchased in stores.

    Hi Lucillex,

    Xbox Live Gold can be purchased using a credit card or using a prepaid 25-digit redeemable code you can buy from many retailers.

    If you don't have a credit card, it's best to go with the prepaid cards. Once you purchase one from a retailer, you can redeem the code in a number of ways. I'll provide an article that explains how to redeem an Xbox Live Gold prepaid subscription code:
