Using Console Companion without internet services

He can't. What he has could be used on the PC version of Minecraft, but there is no way to load anything downloaded from the internet onto the console version of Minecraft without violating the terms of service.

So you have downloaded the new Console Companion app now? Make sure that you have the app connected through the same internet that your Xbox is running through, as this is how it will recognize it. If you have your Xbox connected through your homes WiFi,
but say you are using your phone data internet connection (without being connected to the same WiFi) to connect the app, then it will not find the console and cannot connect. So I would check the internet connections first and make sure they are connected
through the same method.

Believe it or not there are still a lot of places without internet service in the u.s.Were I live there is internet service but no cell service.

too) is not listed....still same problem.

Note: opened Xbox Console Companion: was logged in automatically without any steps.

Also tried to reinstall the "Xbox Identity Provider" as noted by Devotion0909 in another thread, same behavior.

But this home server, is connected to an ISP (Internet service provider) right?

Are you able to check the NAT type using a windows laptop?

Open the Xbox Console Companion app > Settings > Network
If you don't see the app, you may need to download first from the store

Also, please try the connecting your console to a different wifi network temporarily as advised previously (Mobile hotspot)
