    I"ve tried everything from erasing everything and redownloading to disconnecting from the wifi and connecting it back, nothing works. I was only able to download a certain amount of games while the rest will not even start the installment process. From Free to Play games to ones I've bought that weren't physical, to even Game Pass games, the rest of what I want downloaded will not install into my console. I even disconnected the seperate memory unite just to see if it works, it still won't.

    Everytime I select for one to download, it stops the moment it starts. I don't know what the cause of this is, can anyone explain to me how to get things downloading normally again?

    Hello Gizmo, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your installs.

    I've experienced this before with Destiny 2. You could try a full factory reset on the console as listed at this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne.... Please note a full factory reset will delete all games and apps on your console so they will need to be redownloaded. As well, you'll need to be sure of your email/password for all accounts on the console.

    However, as you're using a One S and not a Series console there's an alternative for you as well. If you don't already have one then I'd recommend adding an external USB 3.0 drive to the console to install your games to as it may also be a corruption in the hard drive that could need a repair. When I had the same issue I could install to the external although the console did eventually need to be sent in.

    Well now I don't have to stop the game to install it. I was dreading that moment. Slide the game in, and have it start up only to be back at the dashboard :(
