Using a demo on Xbox One

I tried to get this game's demo:

And indeed I get a message:

Thanks for buying Left 4 Dead 2 Demo!

You now own Left 4 Dead 2 Demo for the Xbox 360.

This item was purchased previously. It has been added to your download queue.

If this product is part of Xbox One Backward Compatibility, it will appear in the Ready to Install section of My Games & Apps on your Xbox One console when it becomes available.

I don't see such section in my Xbox One.. How do I redeem this game?

to find the 'ready to install' section

from anywhere, press the Xbox button, then scroll down to 'My games & apps' once that tile is highligted, press the 'A' button, then press 'A' again on the 'See all' tile, once there scroll down to 'Full library' then scroll across to 'All owned games' and
press 'A' when that tile is highlighted then press 'A' on the 'All games' dropdown tile and scroll down so that 'Ready to install' is highlighted, press 'A' again and there you go, there is all your ready to install games.

Most demos are not included in the backwards compatibility because they are stored on older servers and its not worth it to offer free demos of old games.

The problem is that I don't even see "Ready to Install" section in my Xbox One..

How do I get there?

Also, why can't I purchase the full game?

When I try to purchase I get the message: "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

I don't think the demo itself is backwards compatible, only the game.

It is most likely because it is a demo, are you seeing any other games or apps in the 'ready to install' section. remember you must own them digitally to see them here.
