Using a Bluetooth adapter with Xbox one and headset issues

Recently bought the new Turtle Beach Elite 800s and am having issues with getting chat to work with them. They are wired correctly all game audio is coming through no problem but no chat when plugged into the stereo adapter. Tested with my cell phone and
the headset works fine Tested with 2 adapters and no go for talking to people on live So here are the questions: 1. Is it possible to use a 3.5mm Bluetooth transmitter/receiver accessory to get chat in and out from the controller? 2. If you were to plug a
turtle beach 360 Bluetooth chat puck into a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter would it work with the stereo chat adapter for Xbox one 3. How can you tell the difference between CTIA and other types of auxiliary cables? 4. Could someone suggest a fix to allow this setup to
work for both game and chat audio?

Hi, I believe the Bluetooth capability is intended to connect the controller to your PC using Bluetooth.

Bluetooth headset for Xbox One?

Just got my xbox one Bluetooth adapter in the mail! im so happy with it, I can now use my xp510 and my Bluetooth (driving) headset wirelessly with my xbox one controller! You can combine your turtle each Bluetooth dongle with the Xbox one puck.

Sorry no that doesn't really help. The ctia and the other mentioned on the support page appear identical. Also makes no mention of Bluetooth 3.5mm compatibility with the stereo adapter

 

I've purchased a work around from eBay using a XBA and headset to give Bluetooth to the headset. Waiting on shipping fingers crossed this works out

So I haven't tried this yet (don't want to cough up the cash to buy this adapter) but if anyone knows someone who has one and a xbox maybe they can test it with the headset adapter and see if it would work with bluetooth headsets? Sena makes a device model
