Using 2 input devices

Hi,

I am using a G27 wheel and h pattern shifter with Fanatec (USB) CSR Elite pedals on my PC, all sims on the pc see the G27 and the CSR Elite pedal except for Forza 6 Apex. As there is no adaptor available to run the pedals on the G27 I am forced to use USB
for the pedal.

How do I get Forza 6 Apex to see my wheel and the USB pedals.

Xbox One - AV Device not recognized. Nuforce Dia. Can we manually enter code or have XBOX One learn?

The Nuforce Dia mii amps with optical inputs are perfect for game consoles and used by many for previous consoles. Why doesn't Xbox One have this device in its database for setup. The remote is simple, volume, on/off, and input select. Anyone figured out
a way to use this device with Xbox one? Also, I'm starting to think the Xbox one can't switch inputs on devices, like have your av receiver switch to the right input...like Xbox 360, or Xbox one as its source. I don't think it can een switch input on the tv
like hdmi 1 or hdmi 2. Anyone using Xbox one with a full AV system, not just tv for sound?

for those having audio issues in party chat using the xbox app

here are the symptoms of the problems.

1. Cant hear anyone in a party chat

2. no one can hear you in a party chat

here are the solutions

1. If no one can hear you and you are not getting an error code on the xbox app. it means your audio is being routed to a different audio device, this usually happens after a driver update or a system change. hit the start button type " manage audio" and hit
enter. select the audio device under playback you are using and right click it and select "Set as Default Device", and right click again and select " set as default communication device" hit ok and restart the xbox app and try to join the party again. you
should hear people fine.

2. if no one can hear you but you can hear everyone fine. this means something is either using your mic or your xbox controller has a mic input. if you are using your xbox controller mic input. go to "manage sound" and go to the recording tab, select the
xbox controller and right click it and select it as the default communication device. restart the xbox app and people should hear you. if you are not using the xbox mic input as a mic select the appropriate mic device and make sure its the default communication
device.

It looks like the G27 is a supported device, but the pedals may not be supported yet since the game is being updated. There's more information on the Forza 6: Apex website

Hi, if you swap the hdmi connections over on the tv so the xbox 360 uses input 1 and the xbox one uses input 2 do you then get audio from the xbox 360 and not the xbox one ?

Some hdmi inputs only accept the video signal and not the audio which would explain why you only get audio from whichever device is connected to the hdmi port on the tv which accepts both video and audio.

I assume you have Game Pass Ultimate already on your primary account. If that's the case, make sure your console is set as that account's home Xbox, then create a secondary gamertag to use on the console. Use the primary account on the PC and the secondary account on the console.

Doing it that way means you don't have to spend any extra money at all, given that the game is part of Game Pass on console and PC, and you only need to pay to play online on console, so the benefits of your existing Ultimate sub can be shared with the secondary gamertag on your Xbox.

This is possible, however, for a better experience. It is suggested that you use the account that owns the game on PC, and the one that doesn’t, on Xbox.

So, on Xbox, all you need to do is enable “Home Xbox” via Settings > Personalization.
This needs to be done on the account that owns the game.

In case you want to use a different account on PC, you can try the following, but please be aware that may not work:

Open the Microsoft Store and sign in with the account that owns the game.
Then go to the Microsoft Store Settings and enable “offline permissions”.

Now, open the Xbox PC app and sign in with the account you want to use to play the game once you have downloaded it, and verify.

To use your in-built microphone on Chromebook on xCloud, you need to make sure that your microphone is enabled and set as the default input device on your Chromebook. Here are the steps to do that:
